  • It is also subject to any agreement to which the Over-Lease is subject.

  • Upon receipt of the notice, the Overtenant shall then promptly notify the Landlord and demand that the Over-Lease agreements be carried out.

  • If Sublandlord, Landlord or Master Lessor causes such a default at a time when Subtenant has otherwise fully performed its obligations under this Lease (including, without limitation, its obligation pursuant to this paragraph 7), such default shall not constitute a breach hereof, an event of default hereunder or an Event of Default under the Over-Lease.

  • Any provisions of the Over-Lease to the contrary notwithstanding (including, without limitation, the provisions of paragraph 3 thereof), Subtenant shall have no option to extend the term of this Sublease Agreement.
