OV definition

OV means Organization Validated (“OV”) Certificates, which offer a higher level of assurance in comparison with DV Certificates. OV Certificates are issued to individuals and organizations for digital signatures, encryption, and access control, including proof of identity in medium value transactions. Such Certificates may be used for organization authentication under the terms of the CP/CPS. OV Certificate authentication includes verification of information submitted by the Certificate applicant against identity proofing sources.

The payment of the Black Scholes Value will be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds (or such other consideration) within the later of (i) five Business Days of the Holder’s election and (ii) the date of consummation of the Fundamental Transaction.
