Subject to clause 11.5(c), if a Customer holds Site Entitlement and makes a request in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, CBH will perform the Domestic Outturn Services at the Site where the Customer holds the Site Entitlement.
This clause 7 applies in relation to the provision of Outturn Services and other services relevant to the handling and Outturn of Grain.
If a Customer wishes to utilise the Domestic Outturn Services, it must provide a forecast of the Customer’s usage of Domestic Outturn Service requirements (the “Forecast”) immediately prior to the Commencement Date of this Agreement and warrant the accuracy of the Forecast.
In the event where overtime labour has been booked for Outturn Services, and the Client fails to have the Vessel ready for Outturn Services, the Cancelled Overtime (Outturn) Fee will apply.
Whether the amount of an invoice for Outturn Services for the loading of a shipping vessel has fallen due for payment under clause 8.3 or not, the Client is not entitled to be provided with those Services until that invoice is paid in full.
The Company does not acquire title to the whole or any part of a Load by virtue of these Receival and Outturn Services terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the provision by Australian Growers Direct Pty Ltd (“the Company”) of Receival and Outturn Services during 2012/2013 season.
