Outstanding Subscription Amount definition
Outstanding Subscription Amount means the part of the Commitment that is not Contributed Capital;
Outstanding Subscription Amount means the amount standing to the credit of the Transaction Bank Account in cleared funds immediately prior to the Final Subscription Time;
Outstanding Subscription Amount means the outstanding amount owed to Moolec pursuant to the Moolec Subscription Agreement, which shall be re-calculated by applying the highest of (i) the 20-day VWAP for Moolec Shares on the date that is 2 Business Days prior to Closing, or (ii) U.S.$2.00 per share, which may be adjusted based on the ratio selected by ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s board of directors in furtherance of the decisions taken at the Moolec EGM.
