Outstanding Common Share definition

Outstanding Common Share or “Outstanding Common Shares” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08.
Outstanding Common Share means each share of Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Outstanding Common Share has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

Outstanding Common Share or collectively, “Outstanding Common Shares” means each share of Company Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time to the extent such share has vested at the time of Closing (including shares that vest as a result of the Merger).

  • Outstanding Common Stock means, at any given time, the aggregate amount of outstanding shares of Common Stock, assuming full exercise, conversion or exchange (as applicable) of all options, warrants and other Securities which are convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, and any right to subscribe for, shares of Common Stock that are outstanding at such time.

  • Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;
