Outsourcing Partner(s) means any person or entity which, subject to Article 20.11 and other applicable terms of this Agreement, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ engages to perform any of the obligations, duties or services which ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ has undertaken or promised to perform under this Agreement.
