OUTSOURCE SERVICES means any outsourced business process service provided by SoftCo to the Customer;

"SPECIAL TERMS" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.5 below. "SPECIFICATIONS" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.2 below.
