Outside source definition

Outside source means a source of electricity not contained within a facility.
Outside source shall be defined as any funds not including local governmental funds, state governmental funds or federal governmental funds. Activities reinstated by the District due to such Outside Source may be paid at a rate other than that specified in Appendix A as may be agreed upon by the parties, taking into consideration the amount of Outside Source funding. Extra duty Jobs shall be as set forth in Appendix A, with such stipends being hourly stipends. For those extra duty jobs in Appendix A that are hourly stipends, the Administration will provide those employees with time sheets that the employee is responsible for signing and entering on a monthly basis. In order for the Administration to process the time sheets so that the hourly pay is reflected on the payroll on the 15th of each month, employees must submit their time sheets to the Principal by the 1st of the month. Employees holding hourly stipend positions shall be paid on a monthly basis. All extra duty jobs will be memorialized within this Agreement in Appendix A. In the event the District proposes the deletion or addition of an extra duty job, a written notice and an opportunity to bargain shall be given to the Association.
