Outside Member definition

Outside Member has the meaning given in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement
Outside Member means an outside member as defined by the House of Assembly Act;

More Definitions of Outside Member

Outside Member has the meaning assigned to it in the preamble to this Agreement.
