outside expert definition
outside expert means and includes an eminent academician or NGO representative or any other expert, having a known contribution and experience in working for gender sensitivity; provided that such outside expert is not a member of either the academic or the non-teaching staff of the University; provided further that at least two-thirds of the membership of the organisation or institution to which such an outside expert belongs shall not include any person who is a student, resident, service provider, or a member of the academic staff or non-teaching staff of the University.
outside expert has the meaning set forth in Article XII, Paragraph 1.B.
outside expert means an individual who is not a Tsawwassen Member and who is an accountant, lawyer or other person who, in the opinion of Executive Council, as evidenced by an Executive Council order, has professional qualifications and experience relevant to the role of a trustee;
