Outside Contractors definition

Outside Contractors. All outside contractors for work on Licensee’s vessel must work through the Boat Yard or Marina, without exception. Outside contractor(s) must provide a Certificate of Insurance. Outside Contractors working on vessels in the boat yard must pay a fee of 15% of total invoice is due to the Marina. Outside contractors working on vessels at the docks may elect to pay a one-time fee for a single day access to a customer’s boat for $20. Other options include a $50 weekly fee; $100 monthly access fee; or a $1000 annual access fee. All outside contractor(s) must sign in daily with the Marina office or Boat Yard office prior to going on any vessel/job. Upon completion of the job, the fee is to be paid to Marina or Boat Yard with a copy of the final invoice, which shall show the total charges for the job.
Outside Contractors means a Third Party contractor, including a Third Party contract manufacturer or Sublicensee, engaged by a Party in accordance with Section 2.3(e).
Outside Contractors has the meaning given to it in clause 12.1 and, for the avoidance of doubt, includes Third Party Suppliers;

Examples of Outside Contractors in a sentence

  • All Outside Contractors shall maintain insurance in amounts and types required by, and in compliance with, Section 20.

  • All Outside Contractors shall perform all work in a good and workmanlike manner, in compliance with all Laws and all applicable Project Rules and Building construction rules.

  • Landlord may also require all Outside Contractors to provide in addition to the insurance coverages referenced above such other insurance in amounts and types and with such companies as may be reasonably requested by Landlord, including, without limitation, construction all risk/builder’s risks (including loss of revenue) insurance, owners and contractors protective liability insurance, professional errors and omissions liability insurance, and insurance covering such contractor’s equipment and tools.

  • Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any costs incurred by Landlord to repair any damage caused by any Outside Contractor or any costs incurred by Landlord in requiring any Outside Contractor's compliance with the rules and regulations.

  • Outside Contractors and Subcontractors will not remove, prune or tie back any tree or shrub at their own discretion.

  • Any Outside Contractors must adhere to One Warwick Park Hotel’s reasonable rules (including but not limited to health and safety regulations and rules).

  • In our sole discretion, we may require that the Outside Contractors provide proof insurance to be determined in our sole discretion based on the type of services the Outside Contractors shall provide.

  • Outside Contractors - The Town shall continue to employ outside contractors as occasion and sound business practice may require; nevertheless, the Town will not enter into outside contracts for normal and routine work which results in the layoff or part-timing of employees in the bargaining unit.
