Outside Bodies definition

Outside Bodies means committees, task forces, board of directors or other entities that are not part of the Society, its Locals or Agencies;
Outside Bodies means those bodies identified as such by Council.

  • This report facilitates the necessary consultation and engagement with Community Committee Members in respect of appointments to the designated positions and Outside Bodies.

  • Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Authority and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Contracting Bodies means bodies listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Other Contracting Bodies means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and “Other Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.

  • Development Approvals means all permits, licenses, and/or other entitlements for the Development of the Property, including any and all conditions of approval, subject to approval or issuance by the City in connection with Development of the Property including:

  • Investigators means those persons authorised, appointed, consulted or approached by the Chairman of the Audit Committee and includes the Auditors of the Company and the Police.

  • Governmental Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Third Parties means all lessees, sublessees, licensees and other users of the Properties, excluding those users of the Properties in the ordinary course of the Borrower's business and on a temporary basis.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Export Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 4.26(a).

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Architect/ consultants means and refer to the Consultants appointed by NU as Architect Consultants.

  • Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority.

  • License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.

  • Gaming Approvals means with respect to any action by a particular Person, any consent, finding of suitability, license, approval or other authorization required for such action by such Person from a Gaming Authority or under Gaming Laws.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.
