Output Sample definition

Output Sample. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b) (Output Samples) of this Agreement.

Output Sample means a sample of the Joint Venture Output to be purchased by a Purchaser under the Joint Venture.

Examples of Output Sample in a sentence

  • The net instantaneous output of the Facility shall be sampled every 15 minutes (each such sample, an "Output Sample") during each Delivery Period.

  • The Facility's satisfaction of the Output Metric during each Delivery Period shall be evaluated on the basis of the relationship between the Guaranteed Output and the lowest Output Sample during such Delivery Period (the "Lowest Sampled Output").

  • IDP India shall be required to provide the said Purchaser with a Certificate of Analysis for each Output Sample.

  • IDP Portugal shall be required to provide the said Purchaser with a Certificate of Analysis for each Output Sample.
