Output Requirement definition

Output Requirement means the requirements set out in Appendix 2 to each of Schedule 6.1 (EGIP & HLOS Rolling Stock), Schedule 6.2 (Inter-city Rolling Stock), Schedule 6.3 (Scenic Trains Rolling Stock), Schedule 6.4 (Other Rolling Stock) and for each of Schedules 6.1 to 6.4 shall means the requirements set out in Appendix 2 to that Schedule; Overall Passenger Satisfaction Target means subject to paragraph 12.2 of Schedule 7.2 (KPIs and Journey Time Metric) 88.5%;

Examples of Output Requirement in a sentence

  • Where a Permitted Excuse to Perform adversely affects actual generation output of the Facility, the Net Output Requirement shall be reduced by the amount of Energy not generated due to the Permitted Excuse to Perform; provided, however, Seller agrees that it must demonstrate to Buyer, in ▇▇▇▇▇’s Commercially Reasonable discretion, that the Facility’s generation output was actually reduced due to a Permitted Excuse to Perform.

  • If Seller fails to satisfy the Net Output Requirement for any two-year period, to determine compliance with the Net Output Requirement in the next rolling two-year period, then the amount of Energy generated in the first year of such two-year rolling period will be deemed to be the higher of (i) seventy percent (70%) of the Expected Annual Output for such year, or (ii) the actual amount of Energy generated by the Facility in such year.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon any reduction of the Output Requirement by TSG, the resulting amount of the Output Requirement shall not be less than the highest total number of cigars ordered by PCI in any single calendar month prior to such reduction of the Output Requirement by TSG.

  • However, any quantity of substituted cigars meeting the specifications of this Paragraph 7 and offered to and refused by PCI shall be included in the determination of TSG's satisfaction of the Output Requirement.
