Output Devices definition

Output Devices. The Font Software may be used with a maximum of five (5) output devices per licensed computer. However, the Font Software may not be installed or used with any device that displays a reproduction or facsimile of the Font Software or the designs embodied in the Font Software. This includes, but is not limited to: game playing devices, game of chance devices, mp3 players, electronic books, or mobile phones or other mobile devices. All such uses are not permitted installations and are not authorized output devices/uses under this License. Any such installation or use requires the purchase of a special license.
Output Devices means new Lexmark printers and multi-function devices provided by Lexmark or Lexmark authorized agents under DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3103 and this Agreement.

Examples of Output Devices in a sentence

  • If configurable Input and Output Devices exists, then enable these devices at this time.

  • Lexmark’s ability to provide Services requires that all Managed Output Devices are attached to the network where the LDCM will reside.

  • Suggested Retail Price for Designated Output Devices Described in Section B(2)(i) Above: Adobe recognizes that OEM may not have access to information regarding the model and status (whether new or existing) of the Designated Output Device in each Licensed System.

  • In addition, OEM shall ensure that only Licensed Systems installed by End Users who have purchased a Multiple Device Driver Version of the CPSI Application will have the capability to drive multiple Designated Output Devices.

  • Output Devices Expedia will continue to have copier and printer equipment provided at MS contract rates.

  • Peerless will test each Peerless SDK, and either test or assist its OEM Customers and Third Party Developers in the testing of each Revised Object version and proposed Class of Designated Output Devices, and Adobe will certify such test results or perform independent testing in accordance with the procedures in Exhibit F ("Licensed System Test Procedures").
