Outpayment definition

Outpayment means any sums (if any) payable by Company to the Customer for NTS Minutes as set out in the Order;
Outpayment means the Net Retail Call Revenue passed by BT to the Third Party that is purchasing NTS Call Origination, less the charges referred to in paragraph 4 of Condition AA11.
