Outlots definition

Outlots means the platted outlots within the Subdivision.
Outlots means the "Outlots" identified on the final Site Plan.
Outlots means real property within the boundary of Shadow Lakes, as more specifically set forth in EXHIBIT A, for which the Association holds title and are herein referred to as Common Property.

  • All outlots and common areas, including Outlots A, C, and E shall be maintained in good order and repair by a homeowner’s association, and, if it does not do so, then the City may perform the work and assess the costs against the individual lots within the plat of Easton Village and without regard to the formalities or requirements of Minn.

  • In the event of a sale, transfer or other conveyance of any of the Outlots, Landlord may enter into an agreement with the transferee granting appropriate easement and other rights, and containing such other matters as Landlord and such transferee may agree, to the extent not inconsistent with this Lease.


More Definitions of Outlots

Outlots means the portion of the Project Area lying north and east of the Central Property, more specifically described as follows:
Outlots means and Outlots B through F, inclusive, Outlots H through S, inclusive, and Outlots U through Z, inclusive, all in Bluewater, a subdivision, as surveyed, platted and recorded in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Nebraska; and Outlots A and B, Bluewater Replat 1, a subdivision, as surveyed, platted and recorded in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Nebraska. The Declarant may, at any time, convey all of its right, title and interest in and to the Outlot or any portion thereof to the Association or any other entity in its sole and absolute discretion.
