Outgoing Contractor definition

Outgoing Contractor means the Person, firm or company currently providing the Services and whose replacement is envisaged pursuant to the Contract.

  • In the event a subsequent competitive solicitation is awarded to a New Contractor, the Outgoing Contractor shall hand-over to the New Contractor all “Works” including but not limited to the following: data, materials, database access, intellectual property, source code, training materials, access to websites, asset transfer, and maintenance of service commitments.

  • Z14.2 The Contractor complies with and ensures that any Subcontractor complies with its obligations under TUPE, including compliance with any request by the Outgoing Contractor under regulation 13(4) of TUPE before the access date.
