Outflows definition

Outflows means, for any period, the aggregate cash expenditures of the Limited Partnership (or the General Partner on behalf of the Limited Partnership) properly incurred as Amounts Required for the Purposes of the Limited Partnership, calculated on a cash basis, and includes without duplication:
Outflows means all Capital Contributions made by the Member to the Company; and
Outflows means, for any period, amounts (without duplication):

Outflows means, as of a particular date, the sum of all distributions (other than Tax Distributions) made to the Unitholders through such date pursuant to Section 4.1(a) in respect of the Class A Units and Class B Units.
