Outflow Works definition

Outflow Works means Flow control devices, such as, but not limited to, gates, spillways, sluice gates, and weirs. Person means any individual, firm, association, organization, partnership, business, trust, corporation, public corporation, company, the United States of America, any state, and all political subdivisions, regions, districts, municipalities, and public agencies thereof. Release means, when used as a verb in connection with a Dam, the action or process of allowing water to flow through a turbine or from or over the spillway of such Dam or under the structure of the Dam as leakage and, when used as a noun, the water allowed to flow through a turbine or from or over the spillway of a Dam or under the structure of the Dam as leakage.
