Outdoor Play Area definition

Outdoor Play Area. Weekly: Pressure wash the outdoor play area in order to prevent grime and dirt from accumulating and do not wash any outdoor toys and equipment in sinks as it can lead to clogs. Laundry Room Weekly: Clean dryer and vents to avoid clogs, condensate leakage, equipment damage and possible fire.

Examples of Outdoor Play Area in a sentence

  • No Rent shall be due or payable with respect to the Outdoor Play Area.

  • Licensee shall also be responsible for cleaning maintenance of the Outdoor Play Area (OPTIONAL).

  • Licensor and/or its management company shall have the right to access the Outdoor Play Area for maintenance purposes between the hours of [HOURS OF OPERATION], or at other agreed upon times arranged with Licensee.

  • At the end of each outdoor play period, and at the end of each business day, Licensee shall direct its staff to dispose of any debris in the Outdoor Play Area (OPTIONAL).

  • If applicable, Licensor shall also maintain the Outdoor Play Area and Playground Equipment in good condition and repair, subject to Licensee’s cleaning obligations with respect thereto set forth in Section 8.2. As additional Rent, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for % of the cost of Licensor’s repairs and maintenance; provided Licensee shall be required to reimburse Licensor for 50% of the expense incurred by Licensor to maintain and repair the Outdoor Play Area (OPTIONAL) and Playground Equipment.

  • The term “Child Care Improvements” shall mean the Premises and the Outdoor Play Area (if applicable).

  • Licensee may not use the Outdoor Play Area at any time other than during Licensee’s hours of operation established pursuant to [SECTION OF AGREEMENT RE” OPERATING HOURS] (“Licensee’s Operating Hours”) and Licensor shall have the right to use, or grant to any persons or entity(ies) the right to use, the Outdoor Play Area at any time other than during Licensee’s Operating Hours.

  • During the business hours of the Child Care Center, Licensee may allow the children to use, on an exclusive basis, the fenced Outdoor Play Area.

  • The child care services operation and program conducted by Licensee on the Premises and the Outdoor Play Area shall be referred to herein as the “Child Care Center”.

  • The Licensor and/or its property management company shall have the right to access the Outdoor Play Area for maintenance purposes in the morning between the hours of 7 am and 8 am or at another agreed upon time as arranged with the Licensee.
