Outdoor Business definition

Outdoor Business means the business currently conducted and currently contemplated to be conducted by any member of the Outdoor Group, after giving effect to the transactions contemplated by the Restructuring Transactions Memorandum.
Outdoor Business means the current businesses of the members of the Outdoor Group, including, without limitation, the world-wide billboard advertising, street furniture displays, and transit displays businesses described in the IPO Registration Statement, as well as those terminated, divested or discontinued businesses of the members of Outdoor Group.
Outdoor Business has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Outdoor Business

Outdoor Business is defined in Section 1.1.
Outdoor Business shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Outdoor Business means the Acquired Assets, as listed and defined on Exhibit 2(g), which are intended to include all of the assets of the Company related to the manufacture, sale and distribution of portable water filtration and purification devices and accessories thereto, other than Excluded Assets, as defined on such schedule.
Outdoor Business means (1) temporary outdoor seating provided by a Restaurant, which consists of tables and chairs located in the adjacent sidewalk or parking lot of a Restaurant; (2) temporary sidewalk sales, meaning the sale or display to the public of any goods or services on the sidewalk or area in front of or adjacent to a Retail Business conducting such sale; and (3) temporary outdoor displays, meaning the sale or display to the public of any goods or services in a parking lot, under a tent, or in another outdoor space.
