Outcomes Analyst/Data Mining Analyst means an individual who ensures that an FSP 4 program maintains a focus on program outcomes. This individual will be responsible for reviewing 6 perspective to improve FSP’s understanding of Client’s needs and desires towards furthering their 7 Recovery. This individual will also provide feedback to the program and work collaboratively with the 8 employment specialist, education specialist, benefits specialist, and other staff in the program to 9 strategize and improve outcomes in service delivery. In addition, this position will be responsible for 10 attending all data and outcome related meetings and ensuring that the FSP is being proactive in all data 11 collection requirements and changes at the local and state levels.
