Outbound Shipper’s Load definition
Outbound Shipper’s Load means one that is tendered as a unit, without the contents being checked for receiving purposes, for movement straight through to the vessel and which comes from a manufacturer or seller having a proprietary financial interest in the export cargo in the container which is being transported, as distinct from a financial interest in the transportation or consolidation or deconsolidation of such cargo.)
