OUTBOUND COSTS definition

OUTBOUND COSTS means any outbound costs borne by GENENTECH at the request of ROCHE including but not limited to transport, customs clearance and storage of Product (i.e., freight, duty, insurance and warehousing).
OUTBOUND COSTS means any outbound costs associated with the delivery of Product or Placebo including costs related to transport, cold storage shipping containers and external storage (if required) of Product or Placebo, such costs including freight, duty, insurance and warehousing.
