Out lot definition
Out lot means property shown on a subdivision plat outside of the boundaries of the land which is to be developed and which is to be excluded from the development of the subdivision.
Out lot means and refer to Out Lot A of the 8th Addition and any other reference in this document to "Lot" or "lot" shall NOT include Out Lot A unless such Out Lot is specifically included and referred to therein.
Out lot means a lot designated alphabetically on the subdivision map for specific use or nonuse. (Ord. 10-16-75 § 1(100.200) (part))
