The parties agree that Company shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to all Drug Approval Applications and Regulatory Approvals related to the Product in the United States and the Collaboration Partner shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to all Drug Approval Applications and Regulatory Approvals related to the Product in any OUS Country.
Manufacturer will assist Company and its Collaboration Partner in investigating any such Recall Action, if Company or its Collaboration Partner so requests, and all regulatory contacts that are made and all activities concerning such Recall Action will be initiated and coordinated by Company or, in the case of a Recall Action in an OUS Country, Collaboration Partner with Manufacturer’s involvement and assistance, as reasonably requested by Company or its Collaboration Partner.
Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement of pre-approved business expenses that are incurred in the furtherance of Company business and are consistent with the Company’s policies for such expense reimbursement.
