Our Responsibilities. Review Engagement The objective of our review engagement is to obtain limited assurance as a basis for reporting whether we are aware of any material modifications that should be made to the financial statements in order for them to be in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. We will conduct our review engagement in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARs) promulgated by the Accounting and Review Services Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the standards applicable to review engagements contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the United States Comptroller General; and will comply with the AICPA’s Code of Professional Conduct, including the ethical principles of integrity, objectivity, professional competence, and due care. A review engagement includes primarily applying analytical procedures to the Agency’s financial data and making inquiries of the Agency’s management. A review engagement is substantially less in scope than an audit engagement, the objective of which is the expression of an opinion regarding the financial statements as a whole. A review engagement does not contemplate obtaining an understanding of the Agency’s internal control; assessing fraud risk; testing accounting records by obtaining sufficient appropriate audit evidence through inspection, observation, confirmation, or other examination of source documents, or other procedures ordinarily performed in an audit engagement. Accordingly, we will not express an opinion regarding the financial statements. The supplementary information accompanying the financial statements will be presented for purposes of additional analysis. Such information is the responsibility of the Agency’s management and will be derived from, and related directly to, the underlying accounting and other records used to prepare the financial statements. The information will be subjected to the review procedures applied in our review of the financial statements. We will not audit the information and accordingly, we do not express an opinion. Our review engagement cannot be relied upon to identify or disclose any financial statement misstatements, including those caused by fraud or error, or to identify or disclose any wrongdoing within the Agency or noncompliance with laws and regulations. Our Responsibilities. We agree to focus on treating you as a whole person: physically, mentally, and emotionally. We will listen to your concerns, offer education, provide treatment within the scope of our providers’ specialties, direct you to appropriate healthcare resources for care outside of this clinic. We will collaborate with such resources in an effort to provide you with safe, appropriate, and quality care for your chronic pain and/or musculoskeletal conditions.
Our Responsibilities. We shall: (i) provide Our basic support for the Purchased Services to You at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased separately, (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Purchased Services available under our performance pledge, except for: (a) planned downtime (of which We shall give reasonable prior notice via the Purchased Services), or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, floods, fires, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems (other than those involving Our employees), Internet service provider failures or delays, or denial of service attacks, and (iii) provide the Purchased Services only in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.
