OU6 definition

OU6 means the portion of the Diamond Shamrock Works known as Operable Unit 6, which is addressed by the Director’s Final Findings and Orders For Remedial Design and Construction of the Remedial Action entered into by Erie Coke and Chemical Co., Inc., Occidental Chemical Corporation, Scepter Management Corporation, and Tierra Solutions, Inc. for the portion of the Diamond Shamrock Painesville Works known as OU6. OU6 is also identified on the map attached hereto as Appendix C.
