Carries out the OTSP registration of the Shipper by supervising the system access process on ŞİD.
All the terms in this Agreement will have the meanings prescribed under the relevant Regulation and the Organized Natural Gas Wholesale Market (OTSP) Law, Regulation, Communiqué, Circular, Board Resolutions and the licenses held by the Participant.
Hotspot means a geographical area or cluster of geographical areas;
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
TSP a telecommunications or other communications service provider, including without limitation Internet service providers and hydro companies.
SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.
RSSB means Rail Safety and Standards Board Limited (a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales under number 04655675), and its successors and assigns.
