OTS Software License definition
OTS Software License means a license for off-the-shelf computer software that is commercially available and generally available to the public for purchase.
OTS Software License has the meaning given such term in Section 5.17(c).

To this end, each party shall escalate any and all unresolved disputes or claims in accordance with this Section 10.2 at any time to persons responsible for the administration of the relationship reflected in this OTS Software License Agreement.
