OTIB definition
OTIB means the program authorized by Section 350 of the National Highway System Designation Act of 1995, 23 U.S.C. 101 note, Public Law 104-59, and a cooperative agreement between the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, of the United States Department of Transportation and the Oregon Department of Transportation dated August 20, 1996.
