Other terminations. The County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement or abat▇ ▇▇▇ terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon five days written notice to the Carrier, without liability by the County to the Carrier, at any time after the occurrence of one or more of the following: (A) Issuance by any court of competent jurisdiction of any injunction substantially restricting the use of the Airport for airport purposes, or the continuance of the provision of services by the Carrier under this Agreement. (B) The assumption by the United States Government or any authorized agency thereof, or any governmental agency, of the operation, control or use of the Airport facilities or any substantial part, or parts thereof, in such a manner as substantially to restrict services and operations under this Agreement.

  • Other terminations prior to time-based vesting or acceleration will result in forfeiture of all unvested amounts.

  • Normal Termination means termination of employment or service with the Company and Affiliates: (i) by the Optionee; (ii) upon retirement; (iii) on account of death or Disability; or (iv) by the Company, a Subsidiary or Affiliate without Cause.

In the case of any employee on an approved leave of absence, the Committee may make such provisions respecting suspension of vesting of the Award while on leave from the employ of the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary of the Company as it may deem appropriate, except that in no event may an Award be exercised after the expiration of the term set forth in the applicable Award Agreement. The Committee will have sole discretion to determine whether a Participant has ceased to provide services and the effective date on which the Participant ceased to provide services (the “Termination Date”).

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Employee’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Employee’s employment by the Company without Cause.
