Related to Other OS

Other Obligations means (a) the performance of all obligations of Borrower contained herein; (b) the performance of each obligation of Borrower contained in any other Loan Document; and (c) the performance of each obligation of Borrower contained in any renewal, extension, amendment, modification, consolidation, change of, or substitution or replacement for, all or any part of this Agreement, the Note or any other Loan Document.
Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
Other Business(es) means any business activity we or our Affiliates engage in, other than the licensing of the Hotel.
Other Business has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.
Perform means to comply fully with the specified or implied requirements.
