Other Information Provider means any provider of information accessible through BB Internet Banking, other than us.
Other Information Provider means any provider of information accessible through Soneri Digital Banking, other than the Bank. Other Information Providers may include Courier companies, Insurance / Investment companies, school / colleges and others.  Access Service Provider – means any internet service provider providing connection to the internet and/or any commercial online service provider providing connection to the internet in addition to its own proprietary private network.
Other Information Provider means any provider of information accessible through the 1502 Connection, other than Xxxxxx. “Other Information Providers” may include, among others, the U.S. Small Business Administration. “Access Service Provider” means any Internet Service Provider providing connection to the Internet, any Commercial Online Service Provider providing connection to the Internet in addition to its own proprietary private network, for example, America Online, CompuServe and Prodigy, and the provider of the private network connection discussed below. “Other Software Supplier” means any supplier of software used in the 1502 Connection or used to access the 1502 Connection, other than Xxxxxx.

Other Information Provider means any provider of information accessible through Citibank Online, other than Citibank or any Other Citigroup Affiliate. "Access Service Provider" means any Internet Service Provider (ISP) providing connection to the Internet, any Commercial Online Service Provider providing connection to the Internet in addition to its own proprietary private network, for example, Samart Internet, Internet K.S.C, Lox Info and the provider of the private network connection discussed below. CSP shall mean the Cellular Service Provider with whom Citibank has an arrangement for providing the Alert service. "SMS" shall mean Short Messaging Service, which is sent to Customer over his/her mobile phone. "E-Mail" shall mean Electronic Mail, which is sent to Customer, which is accessed via Customer Terminal. "Customer Terminal" shall mean personal computer or similar devices, which can directly access information and/or notice from Citibank. A short messaging service and or an electronic mail and made available to Customer; or at his/her request, at the sole discretion of Citibank and may be discontinued by Citibank at any time, upon prior notification.
Other Information Provider means any provider of information accessible through Sambaonline, other than the Bank. Other Information Providers may include, among others, Standard & Poor's, the New York

You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Request for Information (RFI means a written request by Contractor directed to A/E or ODR for a clarification of the information provided in the Contract Documents or for direction concerning information necessary to perform the Work that may be omitted from the Contract Documents.
