Wildlife habitat means a surface water of the state used by plants and animals not considered as pathogens, vectors for pathogens or intermediate hosts for pathogens for humans or domesticated livestock and plants.
Common elements means all portions of a condominium other than the units.
Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.
License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.
Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;
General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.
Limited common elements means a portion of the common elements reserved in the master deed for the exclusive use of less than all of the co-owners.
Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.
Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.
CABS means the Carrier Access Billing System.
Appurtenance means any accessory to a stationary structure coated at the site of installation, whether installed or detached, including, but not limited to: bathroom and kitchen fixtures; cabinets; concrete forms; doors; elevators; fences; hand railings; heating equipment, air conditioning equipment, and other fixed mechanical equipment or stationary tools; lampposts; partitions; pipes and piping systems; rain gutters and downspouts; stairways, fixed ladders, catwalks, and fire escapes; and window screens.
business waste means waste that emanates from premises that are used wholly or mainly for commercial, retail, wholesale, entertainment or government administration purposes, which include:
Wildlife means all species of the animal kingdom whose
Appurtenances means all rights, titles, and interests of Seller appurtenant to the Land and Improvements, including, but not limited to, (i) all easements, rights of way, rights of ingress and egress, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, and appurtenances in any way belonging to the Land or Improvements, (ii) any land lying in the bed of any alley, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or abutting or adjoining the Land, (iii) any strips or gores of real estate adjacent to the Land, and (iv) the use of all alleys, easements and rights-of-way, if any, abutting, adjacent, contiguous to or adjoining the Land.
Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.
Wildland means an area where development is generally limited to roads, railroads, power lines, and widely scattered structures. Such land is not cultivated (i.e., the soil is disturbed less frequently than once in 10 years), is not fallow, and is not in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Conservation Reserve Program. The land may be neglected altogether or managed for such purposes as wood or forage production, wildlife, recreation, wetlands, or protective plant cover.
Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;
Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.
Utilities means water, sewer, gas, electric, telecom, cable, and like services.
Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
Explosives or munitions emergency response means all immediate response activities by an explosives and munitions emergency response specialist to control, mitigate, or eliminate the actual or potential threat encountered during an explosives or munitions emergency. An explosives or munitions emergency response may include in-place render-safe procedures, treatment or destruction of the explosives or munitions and/or transporting those items to another location to be rendered safe, treated, or destroyed. Any reasonable delay in the completion of an explosives or munitions emergency response caused by a necessary, unforeseen, or uncontrollable circumstance will not terminate the explosives or munitions emergency. Explosives and munitions emergency responses can occur on either public or private lands and are not limited to responses at RCRA facilities.
Personal watercraft means a vessel that uses an outboard motor or an inboard engine
Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.
Cabin means a non-residential enclosure constructed of non-load bearing partitions;
