Other Cost definition

Other Cost means any cost we incur in connection with our business of buying and on-selling Energy, which is not an External Cost. Premises means each premises (of which there may be more than one) specified as such in the Agreement Details. Quarter means a three-month period ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December.
Other Cost means expenses other than tuition fees;
