Other Bidders definition

Other Bidders means the individual, firm, Company, Corporation, employed by or having a Contract directly or indirectly with the Purchaser other than the Bidder appointed for the proposed works/ services as per the contract.
Other Bidders means any Bidder (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its SubBidders) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the Site.
