Other Adjustment definition

Other Adjustment means any other adjustment specified by the Issuer in respect of Energy Securities;
Other Adjustment means the sum of (i) the Extraordinary Balance Sheet Adjustment, if any, plus (ii) the Series E Seller Paper Amount.
