  • All such costs, charges and fees as incurred shall be deemed to be Other Additional Rent under this Agreement.

  • If the amount due by Landlord to Tenant or Tenant to Landlord, as the case may be, under the foregoing sentence is not paid within such twenty (20) Business Day period, such amount shall thereafter bear interest from the Due Date for Other Additional Rent (with respect to payments by Tenant) or ten (10) Business Days following written demand from Tenant to Landlord (with respect to payments by Landlord) at a rate equal to the Default Interest Rate.

  • Additional Rent means all amounts, other than Basic Rent and any Security Deposit, required to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Minimum Rent means Fifty Million Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100ths Dollars ($50,033,976.00), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.
