During the Exclusivity Period, Cephalon shall not market or sell, nor shall it license or authorize any entity other than ▇▇▇▇ to market or sell, Generic Subject OTFC Products in the United States.
Furthermore, the Ohio Third Frontier Commission (OTFC) has decided that OTF funding preference will be given to companies involved within one or more of Ohio’s key industries.
