OTC Transactions definition

OTC Transactions means OTC transactions of whatever nature including, without limitation, OTC Bullion Transactions, OTC FX Transactions and OTC Look-alikes;
OTC Transactions means all over-the-counter Transactions, including leveraged, spot, forward, deferred and conversion Transactions and Transactions in Commodities;
OTC Transactions means an over-the-counter transaction means a transaction with a financial instrument concluded by the parties not through a regulated market.

  • You should only undertake OTC Transactions (including but without limitation transactions in relation to pre-IPO securities) if you understand the nature of such trading and such trading facilities and the extent of your exposure to risks.

  • By trading through us with our counterparty (i.e. other authorized brokers), you are exposed to the credit, settlement and other risks of such counterparty to the relevant OTC Transactions.

  • Your OTC Transactions are executed against IBIE, which may have a long or short position and may profit or lose in connection with the Transaction, or may hedge or effect it against or through an affiliate or third party who may profit or lose.

OTC Transactions means all over-the-counter Transactions, including leveraged, spot, forward, deferred and conversion Transactions and Transactions in Commodities; “Options” means options for the purchase or sale of Commodities and for the avoidance of doubt shall include options on futures contracts;

Related to OTC Transactions

  • SPAC Transaction means a transaction or series of related transactions by merger, consolidation, share exchange or otherwise of the Company with a publicly traded “special purpose acquisition company” or its subsidiary (collectively, a “SPAC”), immediately following the consummation of which the common stock or share capital of the SPAC or its successor entity is listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or another exchange or marketplace approved by the Board of Directors, including a majority of the Preferred Directors.

  • Pawn transaction means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.

  • Acquisition Transactions means the transactions contemplated by the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Merger Transactions means the Merger and the other transactions relating thereto or contemplated by the Merger Agreement.

  • M&A Transaction means any acquisition, directly or indirectly, by a Project Holdco, whether by purchase, merger or otherwise, of all or substantially all of the assets of, all or a portion of the Equity Interests of, or a business line or unit or a division of, any Person.
