In the event either Party recommends or requires an OSRP revision based on an evaluation of an exercise, the Party recommending or requiring such revision will notify the other Party, and the Parties may jointly coordinate prior to notifying the operator.
If, during the review of oil spill response equipment, a Party determines that the condition of the equipment is such that the operator may be unable to carry out its OSRP responsibilities, the reviewing Party will promptly inform the other and the Parties may coordinate their response to the operator.
