OSL Agreement definition
OSL Agreement means the arrangement agreement dated effective May 20, 2016 between the Company and Oil Search Limited, as amended and restated on June 24, 2016;
OSL Agreement and "OSL Arrangement" have the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals of this Agreement;
