SUBRECIPIENT shall submit monthly beneficiary reports to the City and OSHD using Exhibit “C”.
The SUBRECIPIENT shall implement this Agreement in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and County laws, ordinances and codes and with the procedures outlined in OSHD Policies and Procedures memoranda.
The SUBRECIPIENT will include a reference to the financial support herein provided by City and OSHD in all publications and publicity.
Non disposable and/or non consumable purchased items shall be inventoried and tagged or labeled as being the property of the US Government and shall be maintained by Fun Time and made available for inspection at any time by the City or OSHD.
The progress reports shall be used as an additional basis for the City and OSHD approval of invoices, etc.
Prior to execution by the SUBRECIPIENT of any subcontract hereunder, such subcontracts must be submitted by the SUBRECIPIENT to THE CITY and OSHD for its review and approval, which will specifically include a determination of compliance with the terms of the attached Work Program set forth in Exhibit “A.” This review also includes ensuring that all consultant contracts and fee schedules meet the minimum standards as established by the Collier County Purchasing Department and HUD.
At any time during normal business hours and as often as the City, OSHD, the County, HUD, or the Comptroller General of the United States may deem necessary, there shall be made available by the SUBRECIPIENT to the City, OSHD, the County, HUD, or the Comptroller General for examination all its records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement.
The determination of sizes and grading will be in conformance to OSHD TM 204.
Such site visits may be scheduled or unscheduled as determined by the City, OSHD or HUD.
Upon completion of all work contemplated under this Agreement copies of all documents and records relating to this Agreement shall be surrendered to the City or OSHD if requested.
