OSEP means Observatoire du Service Public, the Recipient’s Public Service Observatory, a state agency body created by Decree No. 2017-83 dated February 8, 2018, located in Abidjan and under the responsibility of the Ministry of the Public Service. OSEP is responsible for the collection of complaints, observations, suggestions and requests for information from citizens.
