OSCAM Permit definition
OSCAM Permit means a permit issued by the City to allow construction on City Lands;
OSCAM Permit means On Street Construction and Maintenance Permit issued by the Municipality to allow construction or maintenance on Municipal Roads;

This right-of-entry does not relieve the Owners of its obligation to obtain an OSCAM Permit when required.
The Licensee must meet all conditions of the OSCAM Permit, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, conditions in relation to traffic safety as described in the OSCAM Permit.
During these periods, work is not allowed to impact traffic on freeways, arterial roads, collector roads, and all roads within the OSCAM Permit Core Area, except in emergencies or where Parks and Roads Services has given approval through an OSCAM Permit.
