  • In conjunction with the establishment and settlement of the Fund, and notwithstanding any other Contributions required under this Agreement or any other agreement, OSBCU\CUPE shall contribute $100 to the Fund on or before March 1, 2018.

  • The Trustees shall convene an annual meeting with OSBCU\CUPE and the CTA/CAE to discuss the above matters of interest regarding the CUPE EWBT Retired Employee Benefit Plan.
