OSB Receivables definition
OSB Receivables means the Receivables listed in Schedule A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement as the OSB Receivables, which Receivables were sold by OSB to Trust III under the OSB Purchase Agreement and by Trust III to the Depositor under the Trust III Receivables Purchase Agreement.
