OSB Agreements definition
OSB Agreements means the OSB Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement and the OSB Purchase Agreement. “OSB Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement” shall mean the Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among OSB, Trust III and the Depositor.
